As COVID cases continue to be high in Wisconsin and Vernon/La Crosse counties, we are making some adjustments to help keep our community safe. There is no longer bread on the shelf for walk-in purchase. If you'd like to order bread and pastries for easy pick-up, read on!
PREORDER
You can preorder bread Sunday - Tuesday to be picked up on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday 12-5pm.
PURCHASE
If you do not preorder, you can purchase bread in the online store the night before or day-of as long as we have it in stock. Inventories are updated by 6pm Wed/Thu/Fri.
For example, if you want to order bread to pick up on Saturday, you can either preorder Sunday-Tuesday or shop in the store anytime after 6pm on Friday.
PICK UP
Swing by Magpie Gelato (113 S. Main St.) between noon-5pm on your pick up day (Thursday, Friday, or Saturday). Your items will be in a bag labeled with your first initial and last name (ex: "N. HINAHARA") for you grab quickly without needing to wait in line. If you prefer curbside pick up, call or text the bakery at 608-373-1748.
At this time we are only able to accept purchases through our online store. This allows us to keep track of our inventory and ensure speedy service to all our customers. We know this is an inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
